  @bradleyrichter observed a content blocking script in place for the LA Times website when Shields are up.

  Global (likely reported from MacOS)

  1. Go to LATimes.com w/shields up
  2. Get blocked.

Note: Scripts Off feature beats the content blocking.
Need to investigate: Which script = root cause for blocking, and submit blocking rule to the unbreak list
