do not accidentally show password as username

Test Plan:

1. automated tests for notificationBar should pass
2. changing the password on https://reg.ebay.com/reg/ChangePwd and clicking 'submit' should not show the current password in the notification bar

• Submitted a ticket for my issue if one did not already exist.
• Used Github auto-closing keywords in the commit message.
• Added/updated tests for this change (for new code or code which already has tests).
• Ran git rebase -i to squash commits (if needed).
