Understanding SeqR

Analysis of sequencing data can be very redundant when dealing with multiple datasets where many of the steps are the same; align, check alignment, call variations, etc. SeqR helps reduce the time spent waiting for each step to finish, allowing a straight-through process from sequencing data to deliverable results.
