Slow re-eval #224

After initial run, re-eval with many test files in unitize_dir is slow. Seems to hang after running tests. This is running in unitizer.state='recommended'

The lag is between parsing and running the tests. The lag doesn't really happen with options(unitizer.state=NULL), only in 'recommended'.
