Provide tools to break up unitizers into multiple pieces

This is going to be real low priority. Right now one possible approach is to make two copies of the underlying data.rds file, and two copies of the test file, each with one part of the tests. Then, re-unitize and delete all the missing tests. That should lead to a split file.
