Is there a patch available for this feature somewhere?
No

Describe the solution you'd like
Bromite's user agent is easily identifiable because it is always more up-to-date than stable Chromium and does not contain the phone model.

The latest stable Chromium user agent should be used with a common phone model instead, this way it is not possible to distinguish Bromite from a regular Chromium from the user agent alone.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no extensions available for Chromium on Android.

Just curious on the choice for using "SM-G920T" here?

@dan-v I chose a common User-Agent string
