Calling super inside the block fails in Ruby 1.9.2
…sage "super from singleton method that is defined to multiple classes is not supported". This should be fixed in Ruby 1.9.3, but until then we need to revert to the non-block way
Passing it as a block still works.
Its 2 pieces of data are now @login_callback and @signup_callback.
Signups support custom views too. If you don't provide a signup callback when you 'use Chowder::Basic', then requests to /signup will not be processed by Chowder.
