We are using jquery on our site and have a bunch of jquery plugins. We noticed that when in CMS Admin mode many of the jquery plugins no longer work (causing what should be functions to be undefined). We found today that it's because in the edit_connector partial BrowserCMS loads jquery. This is loading after our jquery and all of our plugins, and appears to be wiping the jquery slate clean.

I don't have a specific fix in mind (our workaround was to modify our local copy of browsercms), but I wanted to report it here.
