Add more userscript managers #10

Violentmonkey is very popular now, and is an open source alternative to Tampermonkey for non-Firefox browsers.

USI and Firemonkey both fill specific niches (from what I understand, USI is optimized for Android, and Firemonkey uses Firefox's native userscript API to implement a GM-compatible userscript manager)

Greasemonkey for Pale Moon is, well, what it says on the tin :)

I've also added descriptions for each userscript manager, to clarify which userscript types each support.
