Drag and hold the task "Book Flight" on the scheduler for the user "Dave" (target the top of the cell)
Scroll the scheduler vertically holding the task
When the task "Book Flight" is on "Henrik" drop the event
Task is assigned to "Dave"

Highlighting the drop zone might make the drag and drop predictable.
