Remove DRIVER from udev rule
The driver was renamed, so depending on the kernel version it might be
"lenovo_tpkbd" or "lenovo". Since it's not strictly necessary to
specify, just remove it.
Add instructions for wheel emulation to docs.
As long as there isn't a more convenient method,
at least document how to make the settings permanent.
