Account Manager - Hamburg
We are looking for a passionate Account manager who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing trust relationships with our clients
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
To be able to deal with that, we expect you to have:
- Proven work experience as an Account manager
- Experience in software industry and interest for new technologies
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - English & German
