Hi,

I'm trying to make thumbnails for user videos on my application. All went well on my localhost (running on windows platform) but when i transferred all code to live site (Hosted on Qnap Server) get some strange errors (Please see attach.)
ffmpegbug

Localhost ffmpeg version is 3.0
and Qnap ffmpeg version 0.8.10

is it happening due to ffmpeg versions?
