The documentation for installation, as-is, fails on Ubuntu 20.04.
This update fixes the apt commands and configures Apache for Ubuntu 20.04. Also follows
current practices in using MariaDB instead of MySQL. MariaDB is the new default for Debian
distros and is a drop-in replacement for MySQL with no code changes required.
Does not include activating TLS/SSL command and a self-signed cert which would be
sudo a2enmod ssl
