0.4.1 (Storm 1.0) Concept Name bug fix

This release fixes a minor bug where the Result Metadata Concepts.

Creation Time and Termination Time were correctly renamed to Query Creation Time and Query Termination Time in the settings file but was not reflected in the code. As a result, specifying a name for the Query Creation Time or Query Termination Time in the settings would not return these metadata bits in the results. The fix was to make these Concepts be called Query Creation Time and Query Termination Time everywhere. If using 0.4.0, you will have to change your settings to use the Creation Time and Termination Time names instead.
