Remove quote of pathname

Pathname.join do not properly respect quoted paths. Path with spaces
still fails since quotes around every -I and path expressed is required.

Removing this since a long term solution must achieved instead of this
short-term and failed scenario.

Tip of the iceberg.

It partially fixed the issue shown under Windows, but after digging in bundler helpers and lib files, it requires an overhaul of path management to properly handle this.
