This seems to not happen in the latest bundler?

root@test:/home/user/timeagent# bundle clean
root@test:/home/user/timeagent# find . | grep gem$ | head -n 10
./vendor/bundle/ruby/2.3.0/cache/activerecord-5.0.0.beta3.gem
./vendor/bundle/ruby/2.3.0/cache/sdp-0.2.9.gem
./vendor/bundle/ruby/2.3.0/cache/connection_pool-2.2.0.gem
./vendor/bundle/ruby/2.3.0/cache/activemodel-5.0.0.beta3.gem
./vendor/bundle/ruby/2.3.0/cache/globalid-0.3.6.gem

./vendor/bundle/ruby/2.3.0/cache/minitest-5.8.4.gem
./vendor/bundle/ruby/2.3.0/cache/lograge-0.3.6.gem

How to clear cached gem files?
