@vesan

Does this happen every time you run bundle install or was it a problem in the connection that happened just this one time?

@frostymarvelous

My connection is fine.
During the installation of rails, the bundle install worked alright.
However, when creating a new project as in the command you see, it fails. I just tried again and it happened again.
I am behind a squid proxy however.

@sanjukoli

yes, this happens always if you are behind a proxy.. and works fine with a direct net connection.
I am also looking for a solution.
I was wondering why we need a net connection just to create a rails project. This dependency of having a net connection is not good:(
