We develop and apply advanced computational methods to study RNA, the most intriguing actor in molecular biology. We are part of the Molecular and Statistical Biophysics group at SISSA. Starting in spring 2026, our group will receive substantial funding from a FIS3 Advanced Grant to explore RNA dynamics across scales, from base pairs to viral genomes.
