We should have the ability to "capture the console" - that is, override the global console object with our own buster.console, which is way more useful.

To support this for node tests, we need to make sure that we never print things using console, but rather use util.{print.puts}.

I'm also thinking that this should probably be on by default?

Well into this. I don't want to flip the switch for node until we have replace our own console.log usage. When this is done, I will remove the global buster.log function (which is now injected either you want it or not).

I know, I'll remove it when we have an autoGlobals configuration property.
