Unable to find wetty.conf file #346

I installed Wetty using yarn global add wetty and it was installed in /usr/local/share/.config/yarn/global/node_modules/wetty. However, it only has LICENSE README.md build node_modules package.json files and folders. I am unable to find the /conf/wetty.conf in wetty directory.

these conf are now being bundled in the npm module again

* up yarn timeout and retry
