🧬 What We Do

We use mathematical modeling and computational biology to understand how cells organize into functional tissues. Our research bridges mathematics, computation, and biology to uncover universal principles governing:

  • 🩹 Wound healing
  • 🐣 Embryonic development
  • 🦠 Cancer metastasis

🔬 Our Approach

We develop and analyze:

  • Mathematical models using dynamical systems, bifurcation theory, and nonlocal differential equations
  • Cell-based computational frameworks to track individual cell behaviors and forces
  • Multiscale methods connecting molecular to tissue-level phenomena
