Feature Description

Requires #36 to be done, but that's fairly close thanks to the Lovense Dongle Manager. After that, just figure out how to build buffers for static speeds to joycons for now.

feat: Add switch joycon support

Use the new async HID device comm manager to implement joycon
support. Uses code from joycon-rs, need to update licenses.
