You need a copy of Ren'py engine to run this game.
1 - Download Ren'py from here: http://www.renpy.org/latest.html
2 - Set the "Projects Directory" in Ren'py "Preferences" to the directory containing the sources of Inner Beasts.
3 - Select the game and "Launch Project".
