Description 📖
This pull request adds a GitHub workflow, to test the library with Mongoid 7 and Mongoid 8.
It seems like no changes around includes have occurred between versions 7 and 8, so I can cut a new release targeting Mongoid 8.
Disclaimer: I'm no longer using MongoDB on a regular basis, so I will archive this repo if the library stops working as-is in a future version of Mongoid.
