Login option "Show the page that user pointed their browser to" does not work properly

Describe the bug

Using "Login Options" - "Show the page that user pointed their browser to" for the enabled guest account does not take them to the URL requested. Takes them to the initial landing page:

Using Cacti 1.2.3 on Linux

• OS: Mac
• Browser Chrome and Safari
• Version [e.g. latest of both - 74.0.3729.169

Additional context

I've tried different skins as well - no change. Clearing cookies and using incognito doesn't change behavior. Notice that you do see the cracked open "tree mode" and "tree name" in the cookie ... menu at the top left hand corner. Also - if I've browsed prior to any screen as guest - the last page that I visited shows up instead of the URL that I selected.

Looks like a regression. Fixing now.

Note, to have the browser follow the tree link, you have to add '&hyper=true' to the URL. It should be automatic, but for some reason it was removed by accident.
