Describe the bug
When you changes settings in realtime, they do not always persist for pop-up windows.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set Realtime to use pop-ups by editing the users profile
  2. Open a realtime window and set size to 70%
  3. Notice it changes the size to 70% on next refresh
  4. Open another realtime window
  5. Notice the size goes back to 100% as to any other realtime windows

Expected behavior
The new window should open with the same size as the previous windows.
