External Links are not showing a glyph when they appear on the Console menu

Describe the bug
External links should display the default Glyph for a menu option when they appear on the Console menu. Right now they display no Glyph.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add an External Link onto the Console
2. Refresh the page, and then note that the menu pick is missing a Glyph.

Expected behavior
Console external links should show a default Glyph.
