Describe the bug
The colors table is not importing on upgrade to Cacti 1.x from Cacti 0.8.x

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Cacti 0.8.8h
  2. Upgrade to Cacti 1.2.8
  3. Goto the Colors page
  4. Not that names colors outside of Black are not imported

Expected behavior
Names colors should be imported.
