Describe the bug
When your Cacti templates get clobbered by other Templates, the Sync Templates and Remove Orphans are supposed to take care of this anomaly, but it is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Break a Template by making changes, or by importing bad templates
Re-import the template selecting to 'remove orphans'
Note the orphans are not removed due to 'Found' vs. 'Removed' on the orphan list

Expected behavior
Orphan removal should work as expected.
