Saving a Graph Template Item fails due to missing includes

Describe the bug
When you attempt to save a Graph Template Item in Cacti 1.2.10, you receive undefined function errors.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Graph Templates and edit a Graph Template
2. Click on Add to add and Item
3. Select Comment and add some text
4. Press Save and then Check the Apache log for an error

Expected behavior
Cacti should perform these operations without error.
