Describe the bug
In legacy Cacti versions, if your poller interval as less than the default data source profile, Cacti would distribute the collection of data for that lower frequency collection throughout the various polling cycles. That feature was somehow broken in Cacti 1.2.x.
Expected behavior
Cacti should balance the distribution of data collection across all data collection cycles.
