Describe the bug
When you upgrade a primary server, all your automation device templates are removed, causing automation to stop functioning.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install an earlier Cacti version
  2. Setup some automation templates
  3. Upgrade to latest Cacti
  4. Note that your automation templates are missing

Expected behavior
Cacti should not do this.

* When upgrading a primary server, automation templates are removed
* When upgrading and choosing to upgrade your packages, installer finishes without package data in log
