Rare race condition between Boost and Poller can result in unexpected missing table errors

Hey Guys

From time to time I see the following Boost errors

2020/07/02 14:19:38 - CMDPHP ERROR: A DB Exec Failed!, Error: Table 'cacti.poller_output_boost_arch_1593713562' doesn't exist

SQL backtrace error

I have not been able to pinpoint the event that causes it to happen and it's not everyday

This seems to be since v1.2.12 but could have been earlier versions

Not sure if we are looking at a bug or not
