When adding an Input Field, the Input Method can be renamed unexpected

Describe the bug

Cacti Version 1.2.12
After add an input field the whole Input Methods was renamed

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Data Collection --> Data Input Methods

2. Select one Input Methods

3. Click "Add" Input Field

4. Add an input field for example: snmp_community or hostname

5. Click Save

Expected behavior

The "friendly name" of the newly added field was used as name for the whole "Input Methods".
