Describe the bug

Many Cacti CLI's require the user to provide an ID of an object type, and therefore Cacti pages that are referenced in the CLI commands should always include the ID column as one of the display columns for the table. The table data_input.php is missing that column ID.

To Reproduce

  1. Goto Console > Data Collection > Data Input Methods
  2. Note that there is no ID column

Expected behavior

There should be a column ID.
