Describe the bug

When you upgrade Cacti to 1.x, if you had legacy plugins installed, that are not a part of Cacti core, those plugin references remain, and there is no way to remove them from the Plugin Management interface.

Expected behavior

Cacti should clear these plugin references automatically during upgrade.
