Describe the bug

Cacti provides replication services for both it's database and for the entirety of the web site. However, for cli scripts, when it performs a cache in, it does not restore the executable attribute for files intended to be run from the command line.

Expected behavior

Cacti should restore these attributes. This is especially important when using the new cactid.php script, which has an auto restart attribute by default.
