When importing a Template or Package, allow the user to ignore template and use the system default dimensions

Feature Request

People import Graph Templates all the time, however, often times the settings in those templates for height, width, and image format don't follow the system defaults.

This feature enhancement will allow the user to override those settings in the templates being imported.
