When repairing database at command line, no option exists to skip table checks and force Data Source repair

# Describe the bug

The Cacti repair_database.php script has not option to simply repair data sources without repairing tables first which can take hours on large systems.

## Expected behavior

Cacti should be more convenient to use on large systems with many thousands of tables and large ones at that.
