Describe the bug

The small icons to the right of graphs should be laid out in a fashion that is consistent. However, Cacti is adding the 'linkEditMain' anchor class so some of these icons resulting in an inconsistent display from theme to theme.

Expected behavior

Cacti reduce the misuse of CSS whereever possible.
