Describe the bug

Cacti over edits the names of permission realms in a effort to make the realms to be more consistently named. But this results in names that are incorrect.

Expected behavior

If there is a pattern for changing Realm Names, it should be more consistent. This really needs to be re-engineered, but not for 1.2.17.
