Describe the bug

When you are editing an Aggregate Graph or Template, knowing all the |query_this| replacements available is difficult to obtain.

Expected behavior

Cacti should be easier to use.

- For Aggregate Graphs and Templates the replacement value available are difficult to find
- There is one additional fix: |host_hostname| should be |host_description|
