Describe the bug
Disabling the snmp agent will cause the main Cacti data collector to attempt to TRUNCATE the snmp agent tables each polling cycle, that when these tables are InnoDB, may cause the poller to overrun especially on systems with very high sampling rates.

Expected behavior
When disabling a feature, you should not negatively impact Cacti data collection.
