Data Sources page shows no name when Data Source has no name cache

Describe the bug

If you view the Data Source list and find a Data Source that lacks a Name Cache, there is no way to edit it as there is no name shown on the page.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Take a Data Source and set it's Name Cache value to blank

2. List the Data Sources from the GUI and notice there is no way to edit it.

Expected behavior

Less bugs.

This relates to that issue I logged over name columns being blanked a few years back (which means you can't actually click through to the info/edit page because there's no link).

In this specific case, they are there. Some sort of automation issue. Have to get @bernisys to take this update and test.
