When using the time-based view, SVG Graphs may not resize properly

Describe the bug

When you have your default Graph Type to SVG+XML, when you see a graph, and click on the icon with the horizontal bars, the graphs may not be sized correctly, and will loose their dimensions when the page is resized.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switch a Template to SVG

2. View a Graph and Click on the Horizontal Bar Icon

3. Resize your page

4. See error

Expected behavior

These graphs should maintain their size unless the viewport is reduced to smaller than the graph size.
