Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

A glaring feature defect in Cacti's reporting interface is the the ability to add Devices to reports.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add this feature to the various Reporting Interfaces.

Though there were multiple commits around this subject, this was the first commit: 2f926d4
