Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The Cacti Web Basic authentication, though it works well in some cases, when a user is denied a login due to permission issues, Cacti has not way to display a useful help message to direct users as to correct the login issue.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the ability to notify users who failed authentication with Basic Auth as to how to correct the login issue.
