Describe the bug

Based upon research around MySQL 8.x recommendations, our recommendation for the innodb buffer pool instances is wrong for MySQL 8.x and MariaDB versions prior to 10.5 where the innodb_buffer_pool_instances variable was removed.

Expected behavior

Provide better recommendations
