Describe the bug

Labels on AREA having a colon breaks the gradient creation with an rrdtool error.

To Reproduce

Set a label for any AREA data to contain a colon ("Example Label: \n")

Expected behavior

The AREA charts do not show up. The debug returns the rrdtool error.
